Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and juan36t ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use a juan36t account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Account Registration and Verification

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account at juan36t. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or under a different name — is strictly prohibited. If juan36t identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any funds held in those accounts may be frozen pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering at juan36t and to keep this information updated. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3.4 Account Ownership

Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit into your juan36t account, or to an account or wallet that has been verified as belonging to you. Juan36T does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements under Philippine law.

4.3 Deposit-Matching Requirement

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the total amount deposited during your current session must have been wagered at least once on any game on the platform. This requirement is separate from and in addition to any bonus wagering requirements that may apply.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed at juan36t are final once confirmed. Juan36T does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in specific circumstances such as a clearly documented technical error affecting the odds or game result that is promptly reported and verified.

5.2 Sports and Esports Betting

All sports betting markets at juan36t are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or competition. For esports betting, results are based on the official outcome published by the competition organiser. Juan36T reserves the right to void bets in the event of match abandonment, postponement beyond the declared settlement window, or where a result cannot be officially confirmed.

5.3 Live Games

For live games including sabong, Color Game, and bingo, bets are valid only when placed within the designated betting window for each round or match. Bets placed outside the betting window — or after the official close of betting — will be rejected by the system. Results declared by the live dealer or game system are final.

5.4 Technical Interruptions

In the event of a technical interruption affecting the completion of a game or bet — including server outages, connection failures, or software errors — juan36t will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly. Where a game cannot be completed and no official result can be determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Spins

6.1 General Bonus Policy

All bonuses and promotional offers available at juan36t are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. These Terms establish the general framework that applies to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your juan36t account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means a ₱500 bonus must be wagered ₱10,000 across qualifying games before withdrawal.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued at juan36t are subject to an expiry period, which begins from the time the bonus is credited to your account. Unexpired bonuses that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from your account. Expired bonus funds are non-recoverable.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Juan36T reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or any other manipulation of bonus terms. Bonus offers are designed for genuine recreational players and will be withdrawn from accounts that abuse them.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on juan36t. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Attempting to hack, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to any part of the juan36t platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games, sports betting, or esports markets.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other reason.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a deposit payment after those funds have been used to place bets on the platform.
• Abusing the customer support system through harassment, threats, or deliberate false reporting.

Account Security

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits juan36t's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 By You

You may close your juan36t account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard processing times.

12.2 By Juan36T

Juan36T reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, provided false information during registration, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by Philippine law or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, juan36t may retain any balance in the account pending investigation and may forfeit that balance where the breach is confirmed. Juan36T will not retain any balance where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach.

Changes to These Terms

Juan36T may update or amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable Philippine gaming regulations, or for any other legitimate reason. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you via email (if we hold your email address) and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the juan36t platform.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice. If you continue to use juan36t after that date, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account before the effective date of the new Terms.
